When scheduling all appointments, please mention if you are using a gift certificate. Expired gift certificates will be honored for the dollar amount at time of purchase but clients are welcome to pay the difference to receive the service.We require a least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee. Wedding parties booked are responsible for paying 50% of total amount of wedding party services if cancelled at any time.
